Refunds for Items

To get refunds for orders, initiate the returns process through our Returns Support Centre. Remember that the items have to be returned to the sellers.

In any case where a refund is required, the TAUMART need to authorise that refund. Refunds for you only when the TAUMART in the receipt of the item. Once the receipt of the return item, the following timelines apply for the amount to be credited.

  • For damaged/ defective products, the TAUMART will issue a refund if the product cannot be repaired or replaced.
  • *Refunds can only be processed via paper cheque in special cases.
  • Refunds will not be processed in cash.

 

 

In the event of non availability of product or if unable to deliver to requested shipping pincode, full refund will be initiated immediately.
